4 out of 5 starsThe sole is minimal and not very flexible, I also thought that the heel would be better as I paid an extra, I also thought that being hand made the shoe would have some shape to account for the arch of a foot. The top leather was good. I intend to see if I can get them resoled.

5 out of 5 starsi am intensely grateful for the artisanship of these perfect shoes. they are well made and the maker is communicative. i wear these every where i can when i can not be barefoot. i work doing massage with lots of fluid movements and intentional steps and i am grateful to have these comfy, easy to slip off and on, unique handy crafts! i’ve recommended them to many and often get compliments, i send them to u love! only issue was that when the box with the shoes in it arrived to my house the box with rope was almost completely smashed and pretty open, so i’d recommend to the person packing them to ship…maybe a reinforced string tying method, so we can maintain sustainability and less risk of displacement of product throughout the shipping journey. thank you!!!
